Terms and conditions

• Provider: Carbon8 (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan. Registered office: [registered address]. Business office: [office address, if different].
• Service: TenderDesk AI is online software for finding, analysing and preparing tender bids, sold as monthly plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) and pay-per-use products (Bid Check USD 10, Solution Configurator USD 10, AI credit packs). Prices are shown in USD with the PKR amount at checkout for Pakistani payments.
• Delivery: the service is delivered online immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
• You remain responsible for every bid you submit. TenderDesk AI drafts and checks; it never signs, prices or submits on your behalf.
• Plans renew monthly until cancelled from the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; data is never deleted on downgrade.
• Governing law: the laws of Pakistan; courts of Islamabad.

Privacy policy

• We collect: account details (name, email, company), the documents you upload, usage and billing records.
• We use them only to provide the service, bill you and support you. Your tender documents and drafts are private to your company, encrypted at rest, and never used to train AI models or shared with other clients.
• Card and wallet details are entered on the payment provider's own page (Safepay) and never reach TenderDesk servers.
• Processors: cloud hosting, AI model provider (Anthropic) and email delivery, each under confidentiality terms.
• You can export or delete your company's data at any time by writing to the address below.

Refunds and cancellation

• Monthly plans: cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month. A plan charged in error, or within 7 days of first purchase and largely unused, is refunded in full.
• Bid Check and Solution Configurator (USD 10): if the report or configuration could not be produced, or contains a material error we cannot fix within 2 working days, we refund it in full.
• AI credit packs: unused packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Complaints and disputes
